He recommended sinus surgery or the balloon sinuplasty. That was in November of 2020. I was quoted at $1,200 out of pocket after my insurance covered the rest of 20+K bill. At the time I was happy to pay that amount if the surgery was successful. So the surgery was performed and every since the sinus issues have only gotten worse. I now have intense sinus pressure above my eyes and feel like my eyeballs are bulging. It has been months with no progress with the sinus issues. Before I get to the negative I will say that Dr.Duncan and staff are very friendly. Now to the negative!!!!! I was charged $100 every time I walked through the door which is 5 to 6 visits. I was called to reschedule an appointment and when I made the appointment Dr. Duncan wasn't even in the office. Still no real diagnoses for my condition and I'm still not any better than the day I walked in. It's seems like It was all guess work and no real direction for a cure at the expense of my wallet. Now I have received a letter saying my bill is being turned over to collections without any phone calls or previous bills via mail. After a procedure done in the office on a Friday the office didn't call in my medication so I had to do an emergency call on a Saturday. Over all bad experience and no relief at all. This is my 1st time doing a review just trying to give a heads up to the next person. I had surgery 3 years ago everything went well until yesterday I went to a different ENT and she pulled a foreign object from my nose a 10 mm by 20 mm that only God knows how long have been in there I don't know if doctor Duncan missed or what since he never did a CT scan.

Saw Dr. Duncan in reference to workers comp injury. Primary workers comp doctor had already prescribed me the same thing Dr. Duncan was going to. Dr. Duncan got mad and scolded me like a child because I did not take "his" medication. Told him I wasn't going to double dose. Had a hearing test with his office same visit. Never discussed results and when I asked the nurse after the appointment, she said results were "good." Went to another ENT and have hearing loss, tinnitus and Eustachian tube dysfunction, so obviously not fine. As a result of his behavior/lack of treatment, disputed the bill with the office manager and Dr. Duncan refused to adjust the bill. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I have been to several ENT's in my life and Dr. Duncan is the best. His bedside manner, communications, and time he took with me to explain everything is greatly appreciated.He also takes all of his calls himself over the weekend. He goes above and beyond my expectations. His staffing so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for being awesome!!

I've been going to Dr Duncan for years. He is very nice and listens tentatively. He preformed my bilateral tubular reduction and septo plasty. He also helped with my sleep apnea. His nurses are wonderful and care for every patient.
