Dr. Bastian has treated my wife and me for the past twenty-plus years. We find him to be a very competent physician who stays abreast the latest knowledge in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. For that, he receives an excellent rating, but he deserves a "10" for having empathy and his office manner of taking the time and patience to deal effectively with his patients.

Dr. Bastian shows interest and great care about his patients. I have been a patient since he started his practice. He was recommended by my surgeon after breast cancer diagnoses. He has visited me in rehab when I was there for an orthopedic problem. He just wanted to make sure everything was alright. I completely trust his judgment and decisions about my health care.

loved him at Grassland Family Care/Heritage Medical but seems like he is never at this new place and I always have to see a nurse practitioner. will not go back b/c I want to see a DOCTOR

There is no better family doctor in Tennessee than Dr. Bastion. The difference is that he really cares about his patients and takes the time to truly listen.

Dr. Bastian has been my doctor for 20yrs. He is very personable and takes an interest in my care. He treats his staff very well and I notice there isn’t a turnover with desk staff nor in the nursing staff. I feel that says a lot for him. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else!
