Chanse is an amazing person and very professional. I have referred multiple clients to Senior Solutions when they need help finding in home care. He has a great reputation and is highly trusted.

Chanse was a God send during crunch time. His spreadsheet of information was objective and had all the information I needed and more. It would have taken me weeks to extrapolate what was needed. He set up tours with my chosen facilities and made an initial home visit to get a feel for what would be helpful. Highly recommend senior solution and Chanse Powell if you are thinking of transitioning care of your loved one!! Two thumbs way up Chanse.

I loved working with Chanse on his event for seniors for the senior music parade. Chanse found a lot of joy in going to the families, providing a musical treat for them, and learning about the families we got to visit. It was also a great learning experience. I'm glad I got to work with him and I am proud of all the work we did.

I don’t know what I would have done without Senior Solutions. After my grandfather passed, I was in over my head. I have very little family left, no support or help. I was left with overwhelming legalities on the estate to wade through, as well as finding care for my grandmother with dementia and other health issues. Did I mention that I don’t live in state? I was the sole person in charge of everything and I had no idea what I was doing. Chanse helped me wade through everything. Between helping me get my grandmother’s LTC insurance claim rolling, helping me pick a really amazing facility that fit my grandmother’s needs, to helping me find help to sit with gram while I got other things done. He also checked in on me every day as well. And he did it all out of genuine care. The second you meet Chanse you feel instantly at ease and know he’s there to help you. Even after things had settled, he still checked in with me from time to time and would even drop in and visit my gram at the facility. I can never thank him enough for the amount of help and kindness he gave me and my family (and I still cannot believe he doesn’t charge the families he helps!). Senior Solutions is a much needed service in every community. Idaho Falls is really lucky to have it.

Chanse is very passionate about helping the seniors in the community find the best fit for them personally by listening to their needs, and the concerns of the family. He is very personal with everyone he meets, and does his best to make sure the needs are met. He’s great!
