I am not quite sure how she has these negative reviews, I have now seen her several times and she has been nothing short of fantastic! She's very knowledgeable and takes all the necessary steps to try and help you the best she can. Great Primary Care Physician!

To be fair, the doctor is pretty good. I understand it can be a little stressful. Her bedside manner is just a little stiff. Now the office staff is a different story. BEWARE when you call to enquire about your medication. Instead of being honest they have a tendency to tell you just what you want to hear because it's the end of the day on a Friday. The nurse I dealt with was AMAZING! She had to be new because she was very kind and had a great personality.

I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald for over 10 years. She is a very kind, calm, and attentive physician. Years ago when I had a very sudden falling out with a specialist I was seeing for a sleep disorder, she worked me into her schedule quickly and helped me transition through that situation smoothly. The nurses and office staff are always kind and polite.

Horrible experience. The nurse did not listen to anything I was saying as to what I needed. The doctor was even worse! She acted irritated and lacked knowledge. Do yourself a favor and do not see this doctor. Worst experience ever.

I don’t understand why Dr. McDonald has negative reviews. I think she has great bedside manner, and comes across as being very caring and patient. She’s also very thorough when examining her patients. 5 stars all around.

Was my primary doctor until bad interaction with rude nurse. Not saying any of the rest were any good either. Dr. McDonald is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to. She is very cold, doesn’t seem interested and acts like she is scared to touch you when she examines you. Staff is rude and act like it kills them to do anything. I have switched and so has the individual who recommended her to me.

Dr McDonald may have the WORST bedside manner i have ever seen. Very Cocky, doesn’t listen to her patients, and seems to be a know it all. I will never step foot in her office again. Was extremely insulted, and can’t believe Tri-Star didn’t do a better job of screening their Doctors. I would NOT recommend!

I was excited to go see Dr McDonald cause I live close to her office We were late 15 mins they told me we were late so they can’t reschedule and told us to not to come back. I was shock but it’s there policy so I’m looking for new doctor

I gracefully left this provider after I overheard her gossiping about me with her staff. I expect a level of integrity and ethics when it comes to my healthcare all of which this provider was unable to provide.I am also currently attempting to have records forwarded to a specialist. Her staff is rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. I would avoid this primary care at all costs. Save yourself the headache.
