Dr. Franklin and her team are incredible. To say that this is the most impressive medical team I have ever visited would be an understatement. Dr Franklin is thorough, compassionate, never rushed, and makes you feel like you are her most important patient. I would give her a 100 stars if it was an option.

Doctor told me she didn’t know how to treat a condition on my hand, so she referred me to a Mohs doctor who took a biopsy and determined it had pre-cancerous cells, so he gave me some cream to put on it. Came back for annual check-up with Dr. Franklin and I mentioned the condition came back. Once again, she mentioned she didn’t know how to treat it, left the room and never came back. After 40 minutes, I went out and asked if I was done, and the receptionists said I could go. Sensing the incredible incompetence in this doctor and this clinic, I decided I deserved to see someone who knows what they are doing. I found a tremendously better doctor and they properly treated my condition. Better doctors are out there and this clinic is a bad joke.

Dr. Franklin is an amazing doctor and person. I have only known her from a few visits over the years if mole removal,etc. but recently sent my husband there to have a skin patch checked out. Beyond our wildest imagination we would’ve never guessed it was stage 4 bowel cancer. She referred us to oncologist and has checked in made suggestions and talked with us even after it is out of her hands. I have never had a doctor call us from their cell phone while at their kids carline before. She truly cares and is an amazing, positive person. Would recommend her 100,000 percent to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Franklin. She is thorough and compassionate. She caught my melanoma very early on. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Not there when you need them! My son has been seen by Dr. Franklin more than once in the past few years. He developed a rash that was itchy. His regular doctor sent him to the walk-in clinic and they could not identify the rash. Tried to get him in to see Dr. Franklin and was told they could not get him in for over a month even though I explained that the rash was itchy and bothersome. How can a doctor do this to a child?
