Dr. Franklin is an amazing doctor and person. I have only known her from a few visits over the years if mole removaletc. but recently sent my husband there to have a skin patch checked out. Beyond our wildest imagination we would’ve never guessed it was stage 4 bowel cancer. She referred us to oncologist and has checked in made suggestions and talked with us even after it is out of her hands. I have never had a doctor call us from their cell phone while at their kids carline before. She truly cares and is an amazing positive person. Would recommend her 100000 percent to anyone.

I have been a patient for Dr. Franklin’s for many years. My husband and my three kids also see Dr. Franklin. She is warm and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable. She never makes me wait too long. Her staff is very courteous. She always offers me free samples. I also love the Skin Spa Tara makes my skin look great. I highly recommend Dr. Shelly Franklin.

Not there when you need them My son has been seen by Dr. Franklin more than once in the past few years. He developed a rash that was itchy. His regular doctor sent him to the walkin clinic and they could not identify the rash. Tried to get him in to see Dr. Franklin and was told they could not get him in for over a month even though I explained that the rash was itchy and bothersome. How can a doctor do this to a child?

Have been going here for the last 10 years and I have never had anything but amazing service. Very knowledgeable and my entire family sees Dr. Franklin as well. I have convinced others to go here and everyone has told me they were very pleased. I also saw someone comment that they never give samples which I have not experienced. They have given me and my husband a full bag of samples each time weve gone. HIGHLY recommend.

Took the morning off work told my professor’s I wouldn’t be at school due to a skin problem my doctor were having trouble diagnosing. They referred me here and they cancelled on me 2 hours before the appointment. Then she told me I can’t get in until February 4 months from now

Writing on behalf of my Mom... She waited 45 minutes for the Dr to get off her butt and do her job spent less than 5 minutes with her The Dr basically ran out of the room couldnt be bothered didnt make eye contact answered no questions. Unprofessional and unkind DO NOT GO HERE
