Very knowledgeable and very personable. My wife and I both ended up having to go physical therapy. They take their time and explain everything and take time to answer your questions.

From my first visit to the last of my PT sessions, I have been so impressed with the entire staff at STAR PT. They took great care during every session and I left every time with something new to work on. For my particular therapy needs, I've seen a definite improvement with their instruction and as long as I keep up with all of the exercises and advice they gave me, I'm on my way! Overall, the experience was wonderful. I'd highly recommend Erik, Dan, Nikki, and the entire team to anyone who needs PT. And well, if I need it again (!!) I know where I'm going.

Everyone is super nice & knowledgeable here! Eric figured out how to get me out of pain & moving again two different times for a similar injury. If I ever need PT again, I’ll only call Eric at Star Physical Therapy!

The staff is always welcoming and professional. Erick Rice quickly diagnosed my problem and instructed me on the right exercises to do and when. I felt the time in the office is full of information. Teaching me the correct exercises and watching as I practice so that I have confidence I am doing the steps correctly. I would highly recommend this facility.

I've had PT twice at the Cool Springs location for my shoulder and neck and each time the therapists helped me get rid of the pain and recover strength and motion to get me back to normal activities. The front desk staff is very friendly and the therapists are compassionate and focused on getting patients back to normal and relieving pain. I loved both of my therapists and 100% recommend STAR Physical Therapy!

Star Physical Therapy is awesome. The hour I spent there 3 days per week was just like being with family. Every STAR employee knew me by name and conversed with me as if they were my friend. Nikki was so sweet and was easily able to schedule my appointments. Dan did an excellent job of getting me back on my feet after knee replacement surgery. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. My doctor was surprised at how well I was doing so early after surgery. I can say that PT was actually fun. Erik (another Physical Therapist at this location) is hilarious and kept us all laughing while we were working out. It kept our minds off any pain we might have experienced. I truly recommend this location.

Everyone at the clinic is always upbeat and interested in how I’m doing. The PT (Erik) is always friendly yet professional. He is a very good therapist. I always leave the clinic feeling better than when I arrived and, what more can you ask of a healthcare provider?

I love this clinic and that’s all attributed to the amazing staff. Nikki is incredible and keeps things running smoothly!! Erik treated me when I broke 2 bones in my back. He was professional, thorough, personable & tough enough for me to really appreciate my progress. I recently went back for an ACL tear & it was like “going home”. Two years has passed & the staff still remembered me and made adjustments to my care based on my history which really means so much.

The Star PT in Gallatin, has helped me SO much since my accident two years ago, they have even used Astym- which is a fairly new treatment. They also do dry needling there. Which works wonders!
