I’m from out of state (Alaska) and had a bracket pop off. I called half a dozen or more orthodontists before calling Starling, who, unlike the others, actually agreed to take a look and put it back on for me. When I showed up, everyone was super friendly and professional. It only took 10-15 minutes, but they wouldn’t even accept payment for their services. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced customer service like this. If I lived closer, they would be my full time orthodontist.

Dr. Starling and his staff have been amazing throughout the process of my finally getting braces as an adult. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I was very nervous starting the process, but I quickly realized that I was in good hands. Everything is always explained, and it has all been much easier than I would have ever thought! I highly recommend!

Starling Orthodontic is truly amazing! The staff is kind, supportive, and extremely easy to work with. Dr. Starling is like no other! He lays out all your options and talks you through each of them until you’ve mutually agreed to a care plan that works. Our whole family has been treated (hubby and I included) and it’s been a great experience every single time. We love Starling Ortho!

The entire staff at Starling is the best! It’s a rare place that is great with adults and kids. My family of six all goes to them. Appointments run smoothly and they are always professional and engaging. They know what they are doing and are on top of everything. Highly recommend.
