As a new patient to the office, I’ve had outstanding treatment! From the front desk staff acknowledging you on both your entrance and exit(with an added: ‘have a blessed day’), to the most efficient, and detail-oriented cleaning and evaluation by hygienist Emileye. She is both kind, courteous and professional in her work, and put me at ease from the moment I sat in the dental chair. The following day Dr Sarah Pierce performed some work, and honestly I was surprised by how quickly, yet thoroughly she completed a necessary filling. Beyond that, Dr Sarah took the time on both days to ensure all my issues were addressed, as well as any concerns. So grateful as a new patient to have found this office - thank you!

Very traumatizing experience. I was not given enough anesthesia and I felt indescribable amount of pain. I could feel my flesh being burned. The surgeon did not seem to have enough experience with my procedure and in the end the very expensive surgery I paid for did not work as expected. Not only that, but I was left feeling tortured, traumatized and scared of trying to do it again. My case was not extreme, they seemed very confident about this surgery and I was under the impression that they are qualified to perform it. After the healing period they said that I will need more surgeries in the future. I believe that this is due to the surgeon's and the assistant's incompetence. Both of them did not seem to have enough care, experience or ethics to perform the surgery or admit and correct the wrong they did.

If you like getting four squared like a used car salesman by your hygienist, giving an interest free loan just to make a procedure appointment, paying a 3% fee to pay by card, and other profit-first priorities, then Sullivan Dental Partners is a great choice.

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and they are efficient. State of the art equipment and the place is spotless. You can tell they thought through the layout of the place. Emilie the hygienist was really helpful and moved me through my appointment quickly so I could make my work meeting on time. Overall just a pleasant experience all around which is a rarity today. Highly recommend
