The Rivers is an epicenter of innovation in senior living! I would recommend stopping by for a visit to see and feel for yourself just what makes The Rivers special and vastly different! I Highly recommend for your loved ones!

The absolute worst. Call lights don’t work. Aides never come when you make request. They lock the doors in the evenings and there’s no one there to let you out. If you can find an aide, they’re snooty and rude and won’t do anything. When I was leaving, I found one of the aids outside in her car sleeping. Even though I was there for many hours no one helped do anything. Do not put a family member in here!!!!

This was our first time to visit The Rivers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, brightness, and appearance of all the areas we we in. Our friend’s room was of adequate size and she is very comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I just moved my uncle out of this place. The food is horrible, the charge nurse never returns calls, they are always short staffed, and the staff turnover is ridiculous!

First visit with my sweet, long time friend. All the staff that I encountered were helpful and kind in explaining the routine to me. I’m so thankful that my dear friend will have a safe and very pleasant environment. Thank you for your care.

The rent is increasing and care is decreasing. Nursing staff is being cut with nurses and care managers covering a floor and a half. Most of my friends are trying to find a new place to live. It looks beautiful, we wish funds were going to resident’s care.

While not a resident at The Rivers, I am frequent visitor and am always impressed with the kind staff. The recent ‘extreme makeover’ of the interior of the building and updated it very nicely, and the warm, inviting atmosphere seems to please all the residents as I have yet to meet one who isn’t apparently happy. I would absolutely consider The Rivers as a top choice for a loved one (or myself, should the time come).
