I have had a very positive experience all around. The staff has consistently been very friendly and helpful. I am incredibly pleased with my results from wearing the Urbanek device so far. It’s a huge relief to not be experiencing pain like I was before coming here.

My 18 year old daughter has had popping, and tightness as well as headaches for about a year. Her doctor suggested we go here. Wow, we did not realize how much she has been grinding her teeth at night. She has went through 3 of their guards. We only paid for the first one. They kept tweaking it until it gave her better coverage. I think the popping will always remain but her other symptoms are so much better. We are thankful for the whole team there. Dr. Ed Urbina is so nice, soft spoken and helpful. He is so very kind and passionate about helping my girl. KJ, at the front desk and such a pleasure to speak to. She is the sweetest and so helpful always!

Thank you for this device. In one week my jaw pain decreased from 100 to 0. Dr. Urbina is very patient and understanding. No pressure or hassle for purchasing the device.

Can't thank my Dentist enough for referring me to Dr. Urbanek and TMJ Services of Brentwood. After years of grinding through several molded rubber "bite guard" devices TMJ Services of Brentwood digitally "mapped" my teeth and produced a custom fit device that completely eliminated my grinding my back teeth. The Office has the most excellent Staff from KJ at the Front Desk, to Kayla who assisted Dr. Urbanek and did the Dental Mapping, and all of the rest, Thank you

Dr. Urbanek is a very caring person. I had so much pain for so long and he helped me so much. I needed to come back to see him recently for an adjustment and he was very thorough. He wanted to look at every aspect of my jaw to make sure he knew how to adjust my device. He is a true blessing. His staff are amazing as well!!!

I am not very happy with this office. I went last March to get my mouth piece. I was supposed to go back in October, but I am no longer driving an hour for the Dr to just have terrible bedside manner. When I first went, I felt pressured to get the mouth piece. As others have stated, I got a payment plan SHOVED in my face. I almost had a breakdown in their office because of it. $1200 DOWN THE DRAIN. The fact that this “device” isn’t covered by insurance is outrageous. Now i’m stuck with this payment plan. While it is helping my credit, it is such a burden to have to pay almost $100 every month on top of my other bills. Other than the Doctor having bad bedside manner, the staff was nice and I have no complaints about them.

I was referred to Dr Urbane by my dentist.. At first when I started wearing my device which was to ease pain in my ear and jaw , I experenced a little sorness. After wearing my device for a couple of weeks I felt much better and the pain subsided. My pain has improved tremendously and now I can sleep on my side without pain. My ear no longer hurts and each day I'm improving. Dr Urbanek is very professional, kind, considerate, and caring. His beautiful staff is wonderful and I feel like I have new friends.

So thankful to have this solution to my TMJ issues! It is totally worth the cost. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Dr.Urbina is my favorite! Such a kind and informative Dr. I left understanding what I needed to do and exactly why. I can’t possibly say enough kind words about Dr. Urbina. I hope he never leaves!

Dr. Urbanek and his team are fantastic. I’ve suffered and been treated for years with headaches, jaw pain, ear pain and neck pain. I was referred to Dr. Urbanek and after one visit he was able to identify the problem and provide me with a device. After 2 months my symptoms have improved tremendously! I am so thankful for Dr. Urbanek and his team.

Growing up with strange symptoms such as vertigo, neck/shoulder pain, hand/finger tingling & earaches became a norm. These progressed into grinding my teeth and eventually even thought I wore a night guard having to have all my teeth crowned, quite an expense! My dentist blessed me with referring me to Dr Urbanek! The Urbanek device in 3 weeks have given me significant decline in the strange symptoms! Plus, wearing it during the day for the first 2 months you don’t want to eat between meals, so a weight loss motivation! I wish everyone with these strange symptoms could be referred to Dr Urbanek!!
