List of Todd Raleigh's Reviews
Dr. Raleigh and his staff have been wonderful to work with every single time in the 3 years that I've been a patient. They are caring, very helpful and explain things well. Dr. Raleigh has given me my life back by properly treating my migraines which I have suffered from for 35-plus years. Thank you all so very much.
Terrible follow up with no access. Phones not answered or messages returned. Poor office staff and communication resulting in lack of care.
Extremely disappointed. A week before my appointment I called to find out if my MRIs and nerve conduction study had been received. No one answered, I left a voicemail. Didn’t hear back. I called two days later and was able to speak to a young woman who was apologetic. She was also the same person who checked me in. She was great, very friendly. The doctor… I was not impressed and would not recommend. What was most disturbing to me was that he never examined me, he never pulled up the MRI images and only asked two questions: to trace on my leg where I had the issue and if I was diabetic. That’s it. Half the time he sat back with his arms crossed as if he was bored and when he wasn’t doing that he was literally using Google to pull up images. But he left the screen on thumbnail view so I couldn’t even see those. I feel that I wasted my time and money, because there will be a bill even after insurance processes the claim. I’ve been dealing with this pain and numbness since last September with no relief. It’s extremely frustrating.
A doc that compares you to his wife?? Never addressed my issues. Would not recommend.
Showed up for my appointment. Office was closed. No notification. Left numerous messages. Finally returned my messages 2 weeks later. They left voice on my phone as I do not have access to my phone at work. I returned the message. No return phone call. It’s been a month. I’ll look for another doctor. Guess my times not as important as theirs.
I have had migraines/ cluster headaches for over 60 over years. I have been to countless neurologist and dedicated headache specialists. I have taken dozens of prescription medication's specifically designed to treat headaches. No doctor has been successful and no prescription has worked.I saw Dr. Raleigh for the first time one week ago , on referral, and out of desperation. He was calm, attentive, empathetic, and confidently knowledgeable. We went over all the medications that I have used. I was skeptically cynical. He explained to me that there were new non-narcotic medication's and they were nonrelated to medication I had previously had. He gave me samples and explained carefully how to Dose. He also gave me Applications for medication grants in case Medicare didn't cover. For the first time I actually felt a little hope. In the week since I have experienced three migraines and one cluster headaches. I took the medication he gave me as samples. And every headache was relieved. I still almost cannot believe it. Thank you Dr. Raleigh. PS –my appointment lasted past normal closing time and all of the staff had gone home when we finished.
Dr Todd Raleigh and his staff are nothing but Awesome. They got me diagnosed and fixed up. Would highly recommend.
Refused medical care for a Nerve conduction study . Reason : not fully vaccinated . Would not recommend this facility to anyone as they seem to discriminate there patients. I would give zero starts if i could.
Terrible experience here. Had my mother come in for some evaluations due to memory issues and confusion. Dr. Raleigh prescribed 3 new medicines the same day. She had adverse reaction to the medications and we promptly called and left repeat voicemails over the course of a week. My mother's primary care doctor, and her nursing home staff also called Dr. Raleigh and left voicemails. All together, he would have received dozens of voicemails over the course of a week from people who were concerned for his patient's health. He did not return any of the calls, ever.
Dr Raleigh does not know what he is doing, to busy being impressed with himself to help anyone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
