Have been with Dr Ross for many years. He is attentive to my needs. Importantly, he is not quick to the prescription pad for every ache, pain, or perceived malady. He strikes a balance between intensive care and care that is NEEDED. Some may perceive his demeanor as somewhat gruff (earthy perhaps), but I find it refreshing and down to earth. Dr Ross is not afraid to provide referrals outside of his practice or Vanderbilt domain. He cares for the patient, not the cheapest alternative.

Dr. Ross is that really nice blend of a caring physician with old school values who is really fluent with the latest technology. I once had an abnormal lab, which he was able to question by reviewing the EMR. He ordered a retest which came back normal, which allowed me to avoid a medication. Routinely takes the time to listen to you, makes you feel like your having a conversation with your Dad.

I've been going here since a child. They are nice people but when it comes to actually assisting someone with headaches they have absolutely no clue what they're doing. I've been trying for months to get into a neurologist for my 24 hour and day headaches and they have been no luck. They finally sent me to vanderbilt er yesterday and I was there for seven hours and they sent me there for the wrong thing and I'm still having the headaches after discharge. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future

I have been going to Dr. Ross for a very long time. He is very good. He makes sure to spend time with you for what you are there for, but does not make it an all day event!

The staff is professional but always seems stressed out, so a little short with patients. However, I LOVE Dr. Ross. He has a great personality and is very caring and just an overal great doctor. All in all, like the caregivers, not so crazy about the front desk staff rapport.
