List of Tristar Hendersonville's Reviews
I scheduled my appointment online, was greeted by the receptionist immediately and seen by the PA quickly. Everyone was very nice and professional, and my overall experience could not have better.
I cut myself and thankfully it wasn't a real emergency, but it was painful and very scary. DO NOT GO HERE for serious care. I went here for a deep cut on my hand that in hindsight required stitches. They glued it and as days passed the deeper layers of the cut healed as the top layer of skin remained slightly split apart and there was a faint fishy smell and that's when I called them. They told me to go to the ER. They did not care to look at it first. (Picture is of my wound after CareNow "fixed" it.)This company DOES NOT GUARANTEE THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. They'll take your money, patch you up enough, but you're not guaranteed any quality care. The doctor had good bedside manner, but when I followed up with my concerns days later I spoke to Eddie Grayson. He suggested that I go to the ER and I asked him to look at it and assess it first...then he turned the conversation into an argument, speaking over me...Eddie, you need to think about the frame of mind that people are in when they are calling. You're sitting comfortably at a desk while those calling have health concerns. They are worried and afraid, at least make us feel like you care. So overall...the quality of wound care by the doctor is reasonable, but not guaranteed. Stitches should have been given since this cut is located on my dominant hand, glue may have worked elsewhere. That is a error in judgment by the doctor Stephanie. (I do really like her bedside manner though) Everyone's body is different and will heal differently, when problems occur, this clinic is not going to be there for you for follow up care...You'll have to hope and pray they get it right the first time. There is NO FOLLOW UP SUPPORT OR CARE regardless of what the paperwork tells you. I should not have to push or be argued with when I need follow up care that is promised to me in writing.
I had to visit the Care Now Urgent Care in Brentwood because my daughter needed stitches. It was a beautiful, new facility, and we had the place to ourselves. The doctor was so kind and professional and made my daughter feel comfortable and unafraid. I highly recommend going here for your urgent care needs.
Unbelievable neglect from the physician I saw. Came in with a virus (not covid). I was on day five and my symptoms were getting worse. So sick I was having trouble following conversations and taking directions. The physician, and I mean literally, told me to tough it out and to go get OTC medicine, as if I hadn't thought of that. When I asked her how long I was contagious, she told me it didn't matter because my co-workers exposure risk was the same just going to the gas station or grocery store. Gotta keep them customers comin eh?Reponse: Have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to "discuss this further" and haven't gotten a single call back.
The receptionist and Breanna was so nice! They both listened to me and very understanding.
Quick
Dr. Sherita, Tami(MA) and other staff were so helpful!
Wonderful customer service and it was quick and easy!
Staff was wonderful and eager to assist. Office was clean and welcoming. They make a mundane event more pleasant to deal with.
Super friendly and professional. So glad for their work. They go the extra mile. Can’t say enough great things about my entire experience there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
