I tried to make an appointment to get a infusion because of Covid. After several back and forth emails, I was told they recommend I go to Vanderbilt or Maury regional. Was really no reason given why they did not want to service me. I do not recommend this place.

Please think twice about going to this location. The staff was very rude refused to see me for what I went in for and told me they can’t help me . I went to this location one time like 2 years ago and had the same bad service and had decided to give them a shot again at this location and it is the same bad service. I will never be back to this location every again. I will go to one of the different locations from now on. If the doctor at the location does not think the customer is going to be upset and act like you are doing something wrong by complaining about the fact they can’t serve you than they need to think again. Do not expect someone not to complain and be upset if you refuse to give them service. I wish I could give them 0 stars but it won’t let me.
