Lost 65 lbs. in 2008...never gained it back. Teaches one how to get the focus off what makes your heart go pitter patter -- in my case food, which robbed me of much. Now I focus on more important matters of life.

The best! I struggled with my weight after high school and found Weigh Down shortly after. I’m 20 years in and have kept 65lbs off. Weigh Down teaches you how to eat within natural hunger and fullness cues. Perfect program that you can do at any phase of life and maintain. I get to eat all the foods I love with no tasteless diet foods, save money and feel great!
