Runs tests with out checking to see if your insurance covers the tests leaving you with a large substantial bill. Double charged my copay and a year later still no refund. All just to be told to do the keto diet which I could have done with out a doctors help. Will never go back.

Dr McDaniel is very passionate about his patients. He takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses each one with you. He uses common language and makes sure you understand before you leave. His staff is top notch and you are comfortable from check in to check out. The waiting rooms and patient rooms are clean and the wait time is never long. There are very few Dr’s like him. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. McDaniels has been my primary care physician for almost 15 years..he genuinely takes a heartfelt interest in his patients and spends the time necessary to make sure that all questions are answered and all concerns addressed. I highly recommend him.

NP Sarah Hill is always very prompt which I really appreciate. She and her nurse are very friendly and personal. She takes the time that I need explaining what she is going to do and the side effects, if any. I will be back and highly recommend her.

I have been with Dr. McDaniel approximately 15 years. I was five minutes late for my physical appointment. It took the girl the front desk 10 minutes to verify my insurance. She called my name and told me that Dr Mcdaniel will not be able to see me (because I was late and it took time to verify insurance) as his schedule is too tight. It had taken me a month and a half to get in to see him! Needless to say, I am looking for another Doctor!

This is quite sad. I've been going to Dr McDaniel for 5 years, and the few times I saw him, he was fantastic. The disappointing part is that most of the time that you call, you're going to be on hold for around an hour, then they're going to tell you that it'll be a month before you can see him. At that point, you're going to get offered to see a RN.I'm sorry, but holding for an hour, only to get told that I have to wait over 30 days to see him in his actual flesh is massively disappointing. I had thought that I found my 'keeper' doctor, but I'm going to have to move on. Getting hung up on when i incredulously asked 'is this a normal wait time?!' didn't help either.
