Dr. Wendy Oakes and her right hand, Tia, were awesome. I went for an initial examination/consultation not sure whether I need orthodontic treatment and whether it is worth the expenses. The cost is reasonable and in line with similar practices in the same ZIP code. The personal treatment of the patient, the attention to detail, the satisfactory response to all of my questions and the human warmth of both Dr. Oakes and Ms. Torres made me feel at ease and comfortable. They were well above the treatment I received while shopping for similar services at two other facilities in the same ZIP code. Highly recommended!

I cannot love WOW Orthodontics any more than I already do! Every single visit is a complete delight. Every single person who works in this office are joyful, efficient, and kind. We LOVE Dr. Wendy and the entire crew! Thank you so much for doing what you do and how you do it!

Dr. Oakes and her team are incredible. There is a palpable difference in their care. I have had a frustrating Invisalign journey. Dr. Oakes immediately knew my concerns by just evaluating me. She took the time to listen to me and offered me hope with my bite and smile for the first time in a while. Dr. Oakes is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. She also focused on my functionality and cosmetic outcome. I am excited to transfer my Invisalign care to her & her team. If you are considering Invisalign or not happy with your current result, I highly recommend you seek an opinion from Dr. Oakes.

Three times I walked in prepared to cut a large check, three times the orthodontist said braces weren't necessary and to keep my money. I trust this doctor completely. It is rare to find a provider that doesn't have their hand in your pocket the minute you step through the door, especially in Williamson County.

I love this place. They are always fair and friendly. You don't feel like you're getting beat or overcharged. They recommended only what their patients need. We switched from a very well known orthodontist, and haven't looked back. We are on our second child now being treated my them.

Dr. Wilhelm and her staff are wonderful — experienced and warm. Dr. Wilhelm spent lots of time listening and advising and working with me to come up with a plan that I am comfortable with. I highly recommend!

So incredibly impressed with Dr. Oakes and her entire staff. She was so personable, genuine and incredibly knowledgeable. We will definitely be bring all of our kids here for their orthodontic needs.
