Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare's Online Review Report Card

I switched to this group and saw Teresa the nurse practitioner. When I made the appointment I said I was a new patient coming in for a annual wellness visit which my insurance covers. Teresa did not “code” it as that she coded it as a first time visit. When I called back up to the office I spoke with Ericawho was awesome and she said she would send a message to Teresa for her to take a look at how she coded the visit. Teresa coded it as a first time visit and she will not change the coding nor speak to me about it because she doesn’t speak to patients about billing issues. Now there is nothing I can do but pay for the bill since I have a high deductible I’m out of pocket for the full visit including lab work. I was really hoping I had found my place but I would think twice before booking an appointment at this location.

I have been a patient for several years now and Teresa my FNP shes awesome and the nurses and staff have always been wonderful and respectful. They laugh at my bad jokes and know whens its time to talk serious. Theyve always been easyhanded with the shots but the girl that put the shot in my hip today was absolutely amazing. I hardly felt it and Im not in agony hours later. She deserves a raise and anything else she needs to keep her exactly where she is. I want her giving me all my shots now. 😁 The blood draws are always fast and stress free. And I know that no matter what problem I show up with theyre going to help make it better. This has always been an amazing crew and I trust them more than I trust most anyone else.

I have been seeing this group for several years and Ive never had a bad experience. The whole staff works Together so well and they are all so friendly kinda like a big family and thats how you are treated Ive never had to wait very long and once Im back doc is in to see me in no time. I have nothing but good things to say and I highly recommend Methodist Medical Group Brighton for all of your general healthcare needs

Jenipher Chaney is absolutely so caring and so sweet She listens and never has rushed through a visit She is a asset to the medical field

I was pleased with the provider.  However the support staffclerical would mess up a cheese sandwich  The efficiency and accuracy in record keeping is absurd. And with poor records management it doesnt matter how good a provider is because anything followup is a crap shoot.
