The entire staff is professional, competent, courteous, empathetic, and caring.

Everyone on staff is genuinely interested in taking care of each patient. We were treated with the utmost care and respect.

Im giving a 1 star because this place didn't act like they cared about my daddy's treatment. They took forever to get him in and to be seen. When he was in the hospital and got diagnosed his cancer doctor was supposed to have a full body scan before he left she did not have that ordered and had to wait longer for these test to be done so put him behind on getting set up for treatment. Then the doctor was supposed to help him set up other things and did not help. They took over a week to get scans set up for him. I feel like dr verria however you spell her name did not do her part as doctor should. If he would have received his treatment months ago he would still probably be here hanging on or even being cured of this awful Disease. I understanf they have a lot of patience but I feel like you should work faster with these things and getting appointments set up. Ive heard other stories from other people moving family members to other cancer treatment places because of how l Slow they are on getting people into treatment started and moving loves ones to other treatment facilities. And you digonosed him wrong on what stage he was as well. Real smart. Thank you a very upset daughter.

Without doubt, every person employed at the West Clinic is above kind and caring. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave - and beyond - every person makes you feel so very comfortable and valuable. I’ve been a patient at the West Clinic for 20 years and would never consider another facility to care for my needs. Every person who come here is blessed beyond measure.

I stand amazed still at how efficient and friendly everyone is at West Clinic. I know that God led me there and I am grateful.

You know attending West on Tuesdays is always fun. You get to meet the most remarkable patients and witness the smiles and great attitudes of the West staff. Sure there are some wait times but I make the most of this time by talking to others and hopefully uplifting them. Guaranteed you can always find great people to share with.

Very informative and compassionate clear, precise sit down meeting with all our questions answered, even before we could ask. This was so re-assuring. Very professional, straight to the point, with the good and the bad explained in such a caring manner. No rushing us out, but it seems we were the only ones in the clinic at that moment. Yet there were so many patients there. Eye contact made with us feel so special, and trusting of Dr. Tauer. The flash drive of his explaining things to us and us being able to ask questions has been very helpful for use once we got home. The atmosphere is so calming and everyone is treated with respect, from the business office to the actual Doctor's visit. From the time we walked in the doors, we received stellar service. We were told exactly what to do and where to go next. Being our first visit to the West Clinic, it meant so much for someone to not just tell us where to go, but to have a young courteous, friendly lady to actually take us to the next stop. We were then greeted , by name warmly by a special care person who gave us her card and let us know we could always call her and she would get us connected to who we needed to speak to at that moment. It really means a lot when one is already facing difficult times to know the love, care, and the prayers of others whom you don't know are with you, and you are not just a number, but a person. Thank you West Clinic for your hospitality and expertise. (Five Stars +)
