My mother was visiting me in NC and her CPAP machine stopped working. I called the office and spoke with someone immediately. She took my info and the call was returned in about an hour I had found a local office that could help us if Dr Odums office could provide some info. Nicole was very helpful.

Frightening — if Dr Odum is your physician be aware that your care will be handed off to nurses and office staff. I contacted him via the portal when I was experiencing what turned out to be a dangerous medical condition. Dr Odum never read my message no one from his office contacted me and when I reached out again Dr Odum informed me that it wasn’t his fault because he “didn’t know anything” about me. He’d been my doctor for a year at that time. Do not trust this man with your life.

Dr. Brett Odum is the best. He is personable caring and extremely knowledgeable. I wish all my doctors cared as much for their patients as this one does.

I switched to Dr. Odum after I saw how wonderfully he treated my elderly parents. My previous doctor just wanted to treat everything with a prescription but Dr. O. is with me on finding out the cause of any disorder. He also seems to understand quite a lot and balances bedside manner with professionalism well. Seems caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Odum is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. He is serious when he needs to be but also very funny. He puts you at ease during your visit and treats you as if you are the most important part of his practice. The children love him and so do adults. He is very intelligent. Put my 10 year old on a prescription for bedwetting and he hasnt wet since being on it. Thank God for Dr. Brett Odum
