List of Deana L Harmon's Reviews
This review is a little old but when I saw her name, I got upset all over again so this was my experience with Dr. Harmon and her NP (she may of been a midwife). I was 29, 125 lbs, with pcos trying to conceive my first child. She ran blood work and told me I had a diminished ovarian reserve and that I had a 10% chance of ever conceiving a child. She said there was nothing they could do for me unless I got pregnant and referred me to a fertility clinic that wanted to run over a dozen tests (that they even said was likely not an issue) and wouldn't be covered by insurance. I went to my OB back home for a second opinion, 4 hours away, where it turned out I needed a medication to make my periods come and one, letrozol, to help me ovulate. She was the one who discovered my pcos and told me, we treat pcos 2 ways, trying to conceive and not trying. I didn't know what the trying to conceive way was and Dr. Harmon apparently didn't know either. I had my son, Jan 2020, and am now I'm pregnant with our second without any medication. I was seeing my OB back home for my pregnancy, I had some bleeding at the hospital and they wanted me to follow up with an OB that Monday. I called them because I had already told them I seeing my doctor back home as my primary but if an emergency came up, I did need someone close. (This happened at my pregnancy confirmation appointment) They were fine with this and just requested that I have my records from all my prenatal visits from my other OB sent up so they would have my history. The second time this happened, her NP said "if you aren't going to see us as your primary, then we will not see you". They could of said this from the beginning and I would of found a different doctor willing to work with me. But they agreed and I signed a release at every appointment so they would have all my records. She was unbelievably rude. The office staff was okay, not great at working a fax but otherwise okay. US techs were great.
So calm & reassuring. I felt very comfortable and confident in her abilities.
Dr. Harmon is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made my appointment feel calm and not rushed. She listened to my concerns and I felt like she truly cared.
Great experience. Doctor was very nice.
Very Pleasant and a great listener
Dr. Harmon was very polite and personable. She listened to all my concerns and was happy to explain anything I was unsure about.
Dr Harmon is a very warm, caring, and pleasant doctor. Made me feel comfortable and took time to listen to me. All the staff were friendly and professional. Was seen at the time of my appointment without delay. Wonderful medical practice.
Yes, seems like a kind and caring doctor.
Dr. Harmon is understanding and compassionate. She takes the time to listen which is so important.
Dr. Harmon is exceptional. She is patient and truly listens to what I’m saying. She is super sweet and I actually don’t hate going to the OBGYN. Her help and knowledge is much appreciated. I always recommend her to other people

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
