Dr. McClintic is one of the last of a dying breed of Doctors. He absolutely listens to any and all questions you may have. Explains everything to you in a way that you understand instead of just shaking your head so you don't appear dumbfounded like a deer caught in headlights. Excellent bedside relations to the patient and looks you the . He and his partner, Dr. Burkett, have been my Gastrointestinal Drs for 16 years and I do not hesitate to call or visit their office if and when needed.

could not get him to check anything about my complications after surgery, when he finally did almost 2 months later situation was bad. sent me to another doctor who was almost as bad. i got my primary doctor to send me to Johnson city where almost 2 years later still under doctor care.

I have seen Dr.McClintic for many years until I moved he is the best doctor you could ever ask for if my problem arose I would not go to the ER, unless it was a fire emergence and he could not get me in, but I rarley had that problem.
