So let me just say that I absolutely love our family doctor here. I love how much she cares. But the receptionists need to learn how to talk to people. I’ve never been so irate about an office in my whole life. Janessa needs to pick up a book and understand what a doctor actually does. The older receptionist needs to fix her attitude and stop ignoring peoples concerns for their children. I’m tired of receptionists who don’t know how to help people. They refused my child for having a fever… like what??? You’re a doctors office. ITS YOUR JOB!!!

My entire family sees Dr. Correll and his staff. He is has a excellent bed side manner and very down to earth. He takes time to know you and not just your symptoms. I would recommend him and his staff for all your medical needs if your looking for a good family doctor.

Dr. Correll is the best. He is so good with our children and really takes time to listen. We moved to mount carmel a couple of years ago but still make the trip to Bristol to see him for our families health care needs. 10/10 recommend.
