All of my family began seeing Dr Claybrook shortly after he arrived in Bristol and we have never been disappointed with his care. He Is an outstanding diagnotian is knowledgeable regarding up-to-date treatments. Among his many attributes is listening to the patient and his sincere compassion. This is a faith based family practice with a great and caring staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Claybrook since he came to Bristol. I thought of leaving and going to a hospital group; but decided I needed a Doctor who knows my history. Sometimes he doesn't do what I want but there is a reason for it. Thanks for being such a caring Doctor. I love when you pray for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Claybrook for about twelve years. I have found him to be an excellent diagnostician with a very caring bedside manner. He has been thorough with physicals and follows up when necessary. I have been able to get an appointment quickly if a new problem has occurred. He has not hesitated to refer me to a specialist if needed. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Claybrook and am grateful to have him for my doctor.His office staff is very courteous and friendly as well.
