Dr. Bechtel made a special trip into the office on his day off for our then 3 week old daughter for a clogged tear duct infection. He showed compassion, dedication & made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us about what was happening & also, what to expect. He took a scary situation for our family & truly gave us a sense of comfort that I feel is unfortunately lacking in all types ...
