The staff here, including everyone from the front office the nurses who I met with and Dr Allen we're all terrific.Dr Allen took the time to explain everything to expect in detail and treated me in a courteous, professional and skillful manner. He also took time to explain a procedure that is recommended at a later date and allayed my anxieties that I previously held concerning this procedure. His "bedside manner" is stellar.I simply cannot say enough good things about this group and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing a Podiatrist.
He does not have a very professional bedside manner. He just about cost my mother her foot.
Will not waste my time or money on Dr. Allen again!
Had an ingrown toenail removed and after 2 weeks the toe was bright red and swollen and had a thick yellow pus coming from it. Went to him for my follow up and he stated it was not healing cause I am a smoker. Told him I thought it was infected. 2 days later ended up at urgent care with, guess what, an infection in my toe. Would not recommend at all. I have an appointment on the 15th and believe me it will be canceled!!!!!
I had bunion removal about eight years ago and it's returned worse than what is, here it is. I had my other foot done way before dr.allen ad it's still okay. Not happy with his work. Left a bad scar.
My 65 year old mother went to see Dr. Allen due to chronic ball of foot pain. She was shocked that he just laughed hysterically at her high arches... and offered NOTHING. She was dumbfounded. Thank God for google. A quick search for 'ball of foot pain' shows two 'dis-eases': metatarsalgia/sesamoiditis. One cause can be high arches and it listed ways to help pain. She was worried it could be more major (still could be). Google reviews are not as positive as here folks; ie'Disrespect/rudeness'
Have been going to Dr. Allen for 17 years. He has always been helpful, knowledgeable and conservative in his treatment.Dr. Allen is funny and has a great "bedside manner" with patients. I highly recommend him for foot problems. In fact he has even helped me after hours and on weekends. Not too many doctors around will do that!
Doc.Allen, Went to Doctor Allen, complaining of diabetic nerve pain in my feet, sent me to the hospital for vascular tests, after a week went bye i had no word of the results,so i went back, the receptionist did not know what i was talking about, that evening they called me an said tests were negative,so here i am still with feet troubles an they never made me another appointment to see Doctor Duck Allen. Lost my faith in you Doc. Allen, because your guess was wrong you did not want to continue to find out what was wrong with my feet,so i guess i wont be seeing Doctor Duck Allen anymore.! Duck=Quack
Every aspect of my visit was 100% Excellent

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
