This Dr. Office is completely ignorant. Everyone here seem to give me a different answer about my mom's problem. The staff and manager are very rude and unprofessional. Very bad patient care. I would not recommend anyone go to this Dr.

Doctor was very genuine and spend a lot of time explaining to my father what needs to be done. Staffs are friendly. Overall, I had a good impression of the office and their practice.

This doctor's office is not a good one for everyone .The staff serving the patient is uneducated , they are not enthusiastic about helping the patient.

This is a long due review for my new physician . I needed a primary physician and i didnt want to go far or wait months to see a doc if i came down with something . Yes, this is a very typical viet doctors office where they do adhere by laws and order . So if you have a piping hot fever and need to be seen by someone asap , you need to go straight to urgent care or the emgency( if your willing to pay) . So dont expect them to see you right away as they are booked . But they are reasonable . I told them i had the flu and i was very sick and i needed to see a primary physician to refer me to a obgyn too bc i was also pregnant. And they booked me as early as the next day in the morning . And , i didnt wait long to be seen . Now, as for the front desk people : surprisingly they were very nice lol. Based on others review i suspect they may have been ticked off . Nonetheless, they were efficient and friendly . The doctor himself exceeded my expectations. Know i came down with a silly flu and i was pregnant, he ask the receptionist to call his list of obgyn to get me the fastest appointment . At this point i havent said a single word because i know its tough to get same day appointments and boy it was hard. After many phone calls later, dr. Nhat mai picked up the phone himself and called an obgyn which he requested to send me in right away ! And off i went to get my baby checked out as well. He cared for me , on the level needed to be . And you need a doctor who is seasoned in his field but still passionate about his customer . Say no more!

This review is from my mom's experience. She said that the wait here is crazy long. It has been better recently since she complained and my mom is not the type of person who complains. The receptionist is not friendly either, in fact, they're really rude from what my mom witnessed with other patients--esp. this 35-year-old Vietnamese girl with shortish black hair. I've been telling her to switch to a different place, but she wants to stick around for some reason. Stay away from this place if you want a pleasant experience, por favor.

He did a Kidney Biopsy on me 9-13-2018, there was no pain at all and was very informed what he would be doing! i highly recommend him!

they was really rude, they was yelling at the patient. My son was having a fever, and they told us to wait, and we have to wait for 4-5hrs, even there is no one in waiting room except us. and my son end up going to the hospital instead.

He has a horrible manner to his patients. He told my dad " shouldn't live too long" how the hell a doctor said that to a patient...

Please do not go....for your own sake. 4-5hrs wait with appointment... give only 2 medicine and cannot ask more. Only get 15 mins to talk then you have to go..

Bad doctor ever from viet nam, less knowledge, so rude sh*t man, arrogant man. I went there and wait couple hours with stupid secretaries. Not all nice at all, these staffs need to go out learn from other offices. Only medical holders go there, this office survives from medical card holders we all pay tax for this unprofessional man. don't wait time to go there. you will regret time for this office. No star for this sh*t man office.
