Joseph Armstrong's Online Review Report Card

I am baffled by the negative comments I have seen on here. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Armstrong in the past 6 months. Dr. Armstrong is a very compassionate person/surgeon and I am extremely grateful for what him and his team have done for me. My situation was extremely complex and they did absolute amazing work. On top of that, they listened to, and answered, all of my questions and concerns, without judgement or ever making me feel rushed. He is an phenomenal surgeon.

Excellent surgeon. Old style so he will not sugarcoat you but his skills are amazing. He did a bone draft/transplant to my right lower jaw to get a new implant and it went fantastically

The worse surgeon ever. He messed up my jaw. Never once did he take accountability. He never once wanted to accept the fact he messed up. I’m now dealing with the aftermath and researching ways to cope with this injury (jaw is lopsided, can’t eat on my left side, constant popping, teeth do not sit right). Although Im not a fan of undergoing another procedure, I don’t really have a choice, but to do my homework to find another surgeon with credibility to revise such a mess

I had cataract surgery and one one of eyes have double vision. I told Dr. Armstrong about this and he acts as if it’s nothng.

I regret going to this surgeon so much. It's been a terrible experience for over a year. In my opinion, he won't fully inform you of the risks and once the damage is done, he uses bully tactics and denies everything. There was no need for my surgery in the first place. His ethics are questionable at best. Beware.

Dr. Armstrong was very snappish and rude. I was disappointed at the consult.

I had a terrible experience with Armstrong and his team. I had surgery on my lower jaw and chin almost a year ago and still, I am in considerable, aggravating pain and discomfort every single time I move my lower lip to talk. Armstrong has been very inappropriate, rude, dismissive and refuses to take any accountability. He never discussed this as a risk, and to add insult to injury, he stopped following up with me even after I made it clear to him how much this chronic pain affects my quality of life. In my opinion, Armstrong does not have one ethical bone in his body. I am convinced that the positive reviews below mine are either fake or, perhaps in recent years, Armstrong has let his ego and God complex get the best of him, and no longer provides adequate services or follow-up care. Please, if you are scheduled for an upcoming procedure with him, reconsider and seek other opinions. In my experience, he will abandon you when things go wrong.

To have Dr. Armstsrong as a surgeon is the best you can get from services to top knowledge and ways to solve your teeth problem simply excellent all the way and the staff as well thank you

Extended wait time to be seen by the dentist, staff don't inform you of lengthy delays. Were not helpful in providing pre-surgical guidelines.

Dr. Armstrong was great for my wisdom tooth extraction! I was nervous prior to surgery but his staff calmed me down and he was very patient and answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. He also encouraged me call him with any questions or concerns I had during the healing process, and when I did call his staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Definitely choose him for any oral surgery!
