This guy is unethical and unprofessional. I've been seeing him for 15+ years with the same insurance and today he dropped me because my primary medical group changed. Not my carrier, not my benefits, just my primary medical group. He said he didn't want to deal with the new group. Of course, he said this through his secretary because he wasn't professional enough or man enough to do me the courtesy of telling me himself. I guess they don't want to talk to you if they can't charge you for it.Go to someone else.

Lady at front desk is not friendly at all. They took patient's money until changed insurance company that paid less per visit. They sent a letter in the mail that they can't see the patient anymore with no explanation then sent a missed appointment $53 fee to collections for an appointment that was cancelled on a Friday with their answering service, since that are closed on Fridays. Very unprofessional and petty! Seems like they are hard up for money. Who drops a patient after 3 years of getting paid then sends a petty $50 to mess up the patients credit? Don't go to this office!

This was the worst place I have been in a long time,the people in the front were rude and the doctor did not listen and was a smart mouth that acted like he is God and everyone is below him! I will never go there again!

I took my elderly parents to the clinic this week for their flu shot and, again, was not disappointed that I went to Dr. Turner. He was friendly and greeted my mother personally. He always seems to remember something personal about her which she likes. The staff are always so kind and one of his nurses even went to the car to give my handicapped father his flu shot. We have used Dr. Turner for many years and always find him to be easy to talk to, researches our medical issues if there is something unusual, quick to diagnose routine illnesses, and either he or his nurses follow up with us if needed. I trust him and his staff completely.
