I love Dr. New! She is the best primary care doctor that I have ever had. She is both professional and caring. She makes sure that my medicines are appropriate for someone my age and don’t interfere with anything else that I am taking. The office staff is always very helpful. Sometimes as we get older, doctors just don’t seem to care as much. That definitely does happen in Dr. News office. Everyone cares!!

Dr. New was very thorough and sent me to get an ultrasound of my leg due to swelling. There was not a problem which is good. She recommended that I get a flu shot and the fifth Covid shot this fall.

I am new to Kingsport, TN , and feel very, very fortunate to have found such a caring, patient, Doctor. The staff has been so kind also and supportive. It has been a tough transition and knowing that I have the best medical help and advise has certainly made my life easier. Do not hesitate if you are interested in a great doctor who specializes in helping seniors
