I have had her for a doctor fornyears and she is very through and kind.

Dr. Jones is a very pleasant, thorough, caring doctor. I just recently had an appointment with her and she discovered things my regular doctor had not. Even though she never met me before, she took the time to read all my past visits and picked up on something in my urine samples. She performed some simple test's on me that revealed that I had a weak abdomen that needed strengthening. I was impressed with her and will probably keep my appointments with her.

I went to Ashley this afternoon for a 45 minute massage. Walking in she was very helpful and friendly. She asked questions that most massage therapists don't and wrote down notes for the next time I come in (like if I like the massage table on high heat or low - how thoughtful!) It's a quaint little spa with only one massage room and it's very relaxing. Ashley was very receptive to my needs. When she asked me about the pressure and I asked for a little deeper she delivered effortlessly... or at least that's how it seemed :) I hands down will recommend Ashley to everyone I know for a great massage! Loved it!!!
