Very slow. The receptionist took fifth dollars from a patient and said she was going to give it back and never did. Be careful when you deal with them about your money. The receptionist will be going home fifth dollars plus today

At 8am it was fast and everyone was very polite.

Bad car accident and excruciating pain from hand and ankle injuries. 5 others were seen before me because they had appointments! Insensitive about not completing the iPad admission information because of pain. Had to complete own admission information as well as navigate taking own photos of ID and insurance cards (front/back). No one EVER came out or asked how significant was my injury or pain. I am not from Brownsville, TN. Only came here because paramedics recommended thinking it would be better than going to the city’s new ER (lacks staff). My wait time was horrible in the lobby as well as once in the room. No pain meds were offered. Before leaving, had to ask for ice pack for ankle as well as crutches since they weren’t offered They closed at 8p. Was sent to neighboring city Jackson hospital’s ER for bone doctor. That is another story… I only recommend coming to Fast Pace for non major health issues.

My experience here was exceptional! The provider that saw me in the back had the best bedside manners I have experienced in a LONG time! I cannot commend her enough for making me feel heard AND seen while in the office.
