I see Leslie Elliot and she is a great provider and a wonderful person. She always does her best to help you. The staff is great and friendly. They have a way of making you feel welcome. If you need a doctor and a friendly place to go, come here, you won't regret it.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, each and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them...You feel "right at home", EVERY single time you go in...USUALLY the waiting time is VERY short, getting you within MINUTES of your appointment time...We've been patients for 10+ YEARS, and I can HONESTLY say that 99% of the time, the "wait" from being taken back & the doctor actually "seeing" you IS also, USUALLY a VERY short wait as well...They also try their 100% to "squeeze" you in at the last minute if you need to see a doctor, but its not an emergency situation...They GENUINELY care about people and about your well being...They know your name when you call, just from your voice, just as they KNOW YOUR NAME & say "hello" and ask you "how everyone is doing", if they see you in a store, after not seeing you for 6 months...I have actually heard, with my own ears, a conversation between one of the receptionists and an obviously "older" patient, that called for absolutely no "reason" what so ever, other than to just "have someone to talk to" and the receptionist, did JUST THAT...A VERY ENDEARING conversation to "witness"...EVERYTHING about this Medical Center is AWESOME...IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 "STARS", I WOULD...Thank you ALL for remembering "why" you chose THIS as your career to begin with...Sincerely, The Lawson's, From Rogersville, TN...
