I have been going here for over two years and have always felt listened to and taken care of until yesterday. I have a somewhat complicated health history when it comes to upper respiratory issues, it's all in my chart. I came in yesterday for a sick visit, I feel terrible and was trying to catch it before it turned into something worse. I felt extremely rushed by the provider-the nurse was great, but I wasn't even checked other than getting the 3 swabs. When I tried to ask a question the provider was already turned ready to go out the door. Her answer was "try allergy meds". I have severe allergies and am on several daily meds plus inhalers which are all listed in my chart. I almost always get Prednisone along with the shot. She didn't listen to my lungs or do anything other than the 3 day covid swab and told me to take OTC meds. She was in the room maybe 3 minutes. So now I'm sitting here missing work waiting on covid results and feeling worse than I did yesterday. I understand being busy or understaffed but I don't understand the lack of service I received.

Excellent care Friendly staff 5 or 10 minute waiting times when you register ahead Open early mornings open late at night open on the weekends Professional and highly skilled physicians For these reasons I have chosen to make them my primary care physicians Thank you from a very pleased elderly woman
