I was a patient for 20+ years...Dr. Botsko is great. His front office staff? Not so much. What's disappointing is that they lost my records. They scheduled an appointment for me by phone, but when I showed up, they acted like they'd never heard of me. They kept asking if I was his patient at Long Hollow Pike--absolutely. But he'd moved twice and apparently they didn't have a mechanism to move their medical records with them. I'd driven all the way there for the appointment and since they didn't have a record of it, they sent me away with no apologies whatsoever and said they'd "talk to Dr. Botsko and call" me to make an appointment. After 20+ years, the complete lack of loyalty and respect completely put me off, not to mention the fact that they can't keep up with medical records of patients from one place to another (aren't things electronic now?). So I switched medical providers. Maybe I owe them a thanks--my new medical office is amazing!

I am 72 years old was ,new to the area 12 years ago found him and he is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever been to.peroid, and I have had several over the years, and so is his nurse Megan. I am giving him a 5 Star rating ,only because I can't give him more.

I used to see another MD that had relocated and when making an appointment, the receptionist scheduled me with Dr. Botsko. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He wouldn't listen to me and just said numerous times that " he didn't do that" well, what does he do? He listened to my HR and checked my BP because it's was high when first taken. He said it was better but it wasn't. My Fitbit showed my HR to be 122 and I could feel it beating fast. So now, I have 3 different referrals and zero medication refills because "he doesn't do that".

I began seeing Dr. Botsko in Goodlettville and then followed him to Gallatin. Best PCP ever and his Nurse Practitioner is amazing too. I’ll be honest- the office staff is caring and helpful.

I’ve been going to Dr. Botsko’s office for several years, but this week was my first experience with him. He was booked up, but since I had Covid symptoms he saw me outside the back of the building lol. He evaluated me, said he’d call me in some medicine, and I got Covid tested to be certain I wasn’t riddled with that plague. Very fast and efficient. He is definitely on my short “I like you” people list. I recommend him and his NP, Kelly Bornefeld, to all.

Dr. Botsko is the best!! Along with his friendly staff. When Doctor comes in, he takes time with you and answers all your questions. It's not wait an hour or more to see Dr. and he rushes in and out because he has other patients. Would recommend to anyone who needs to see a Doctor.
