Roy Terry's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Terry is a great doctor. It is very rare to find a doctor who will take the time to sit and talk to you and actually act like they care about you as a person. Dr. Terry has a really big heart. I would highly recommend him. I was sitting outside his office and saw him come out and wheel a man who was handicapped up a big hill to the e.r. He did not act his nurse to do it but did it himself. I thought that was really sweet and caring. He has a huge heart and really cares about his patients. The staff is always very friendly to me also. I give him 5 stars.

My mother has been going to Dr Terry for carpal tunnel surgery, knee replacement, foot drop, shoulder and back issues. I would never trust anyone else. He has been amazing.

Dr Terry tended to me during the time he was having relationship problems with a wife. He insisted on a surgical procedure which contradicted the recomendations of multiple much more experienced and accomplished orthopedic surgeons. I refused and demanded to be discharged. The hospital and all other providers involed withdrew their demands for payment once the issues had been presented and proof provided. Dr. Terry refused and was finally forced to withdraw his absurd demand for payment. Maybe he has become a better human by now but, that isn't anything I'd bet on and not anything I'd chance.

These people could care less about your pain!!! 3 breaks,a plate and screws later, suffering doesn’t even describe it... From the front door back these people are rude and unfeeling!!!!! I have been dealing with them 8 months, never a return phone call or any show of caring about anything but the almighty dollar!!!!!!!

Doctor Terry is a great surgeon! Very professional with years of orthopedic experience! Every time I visit him he is always honest, cheerful and courteous. His team is one of the best in the state. I would highly recommend Dr. Terry!

My right knee replacement became unattached from the femur within a few days after surgery . Went back to him complaining of pain, swelling, redness. Received no answers from this man. Don't go Dr Roy Terry bottom line

dr terry ruined me for life with left wrist! pushed me off on his pa until i got 2nd opinion. he had no clue what was wrong with me and didnt care either ! never go to him!!!! EVER!!

Ok surgeon, complete wimp about pain control. He has evidently a magic number in mind that is the amount of time it will take to get to the point that pain relief is no longer necessary which he won't tell you beforehand and won't continue pain management beyond his present timeframe regardless of the individual case, so if he operates on you, be prepared to hurt without relief.

I'd like everyone to know Dr Tullos and Dr Roy Terry at TN Orthopedics in Lebanon left my mama's knee worse than it was before her knee replacement. She drags it around pitifully. 4 procedures and worse. Also the last surgery he performed on her he was late, didn't call til my mom was put to sleep. She had to be put to sleep twice! That's not good for a 75 year old woman. They said she wouldn't be charged. Well found out today Tennova and Dr Terry charged her! Insurance is investigating! He needs to stop seeing so many patients! BEWARE!!!
