List of Mark Hartsfield's Reviews
Dr ordered tests knowingly he was leaving practice and never informed me. So I have all these expenses now and doctor not there who knows my history to review them with me. You don't do that to patients and expect them to trust you with their health.
Use another Dr if you want to be treated with respect. He stereotyped me as an opioid abuser the minute he walked into the exam room. Might have helped if he had read my chart before doing so. I filled a compliant with the hospital administrator and with the State. I'm sure nothing will be done, but I was informed they were moving him from the clinic to the hospital by an administrator. If you need to go to the ER, call first to see who's on duty. If it's Mark Hartsfield, I would suggest you go to another place for treatment if you want to be treated with respect. Maybe he doesn't understand that he gets paid by seeing patients.
Great clinic with great care.
This is the number for saint Thomas clinic NOT mark Hartsfield. I think that is incredibly unethical he would change their name to his to pretend it's only his practice. It makes patients unable to find the number to the clinic thinking it's his practice not the actual clinic. I myself have been treated poorly and unethically by him and was caught off guard when the name was changed. He accused me of using drugs when having a panic attack and a bad infection which was causing the panic due to extreme pain and overall worry of my health(which I've been medicated for almost ten years) and said I was there "to party for the weekend" and literally degraded me in front of someone shadowing him. I was never drug tested and even harassed til I left the building. Other patients were outraged and consoled me outside. I ended up having a severe infection causing sores on my face and arms that made me LOOK like I was on drugs but another clinic and the hospital confirmed it was an infection I could have died from. There is an active investigation I have filed because of that situation. Please fix the name as to not confuse other patients that do not trust him. Our town deserves the truth And not to be gaslighted by an unprofessional person. Thank you.
I always choose this clinic first, even if I have to wait till they open on Monday. They always treat my family well, and I never feel like I'm not listened to or feel rushed. Excellent care.
The phone is rarely answered and this facet of the service doesn't deserve even one star!! After receiving notification regarding insurance determination on medication, I tried to call for days!!! Each time, the server would give the options; and I would "dial '0' for the operator, never to be answered. The last day I attempted contact, I "dialed '0'" a total of 8 times, with no pick up!! BUT, they cover themselves with the simple statement, "Call 911"! Very unprofessional and very poor patient care!!!
My husband goes here and they are very friendly and they do answer your question in away that he can understand. Very clean place. The best place we found that does take time with the patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
