The staff and Dr Roberts were professional and courteous from start to finish. The doctor explained the process of the injection procedure as he was implementing it. He called the day after to see how I was doing. I was extremely pleased with the care the entire staff gave me.

Dr Roberts is the best Doctor I have ever had for my back problems. He has figured out a way to keep me out of pain without pain meds. He even calls himself to follow up after a procedure. His staff is wonderful also. I'm so happy I found this practice and this Dr.

This was the second injection that I had with Dr. Roberts. Both went very smoothly. Dr. Roberts and his staff are very professional and caring. He explained everything he was doing and what I should feel such as a pinch or a sting or pressure. I am a retired RN and strongly recommend Dr. Roberts and this practice.

Everyone was very professional and courteous.Dr Roberts explained my procedure very thoroughly,He explained each step prior to doing it,so there were no surprises.I highly recommend Dr Roberts and his staff!

This was my second visit to Dr. Roberts for an epidural injection to improve chronic back pain. He explained everything he was going to do step by step. The nerves that needed medication were difficult to access. He was very considerate of any discomfort I might be having. At one point he asked me if I wanted him to stop the procedure due to being uncomfortable. I think he has a lot of compassion for his patients and wants their outcome to be successful. He calls his patients the next day to check on them and encourages them to call if their is any problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Roberts and his staff, they were professional and caring.
