Did not get to meet Dr. Valle as my husband and I sat in the waiting area to see him for over an hour waiting for his appointment as a new patient. He filled out his paperwork online in advance. We arrived early. He filled out more paperwork… still ahead of his appointment. And then we proceeded to watch over 10 people that had come in AFTER us get called back. After asking the front desk personnel how much longer it would be, she said, “Well, he has his own schedule…” and then said that is “might” be another 20 minutes. Twenty minutes??? 45 minutes later, we had had ENOUGH. It is sad that doctor’s and doctor’s offices do not value the time of their patients as much as they demand patients be timely. And if Dr. Valle “has his own schedule” and devotes more time TO each patient… then his schedule should reflect THAT accordingly and take into consideration that not everyone has the luxury of sitting in a doctor’s office all day. So I cannot say whether or not Dr. Valle is an excellent doctor or not. Clearly other reviews seem to say so. But his lack of timeliness and promptness is not something that puts him in a favorable light. My husband will not be back and we will look for another surgeon who values our time better than he and this office did.

I could not say enough accolades to express my thanks to Dr. Valle. He took what a scary and serious situation and put me at ease. He was compassionate and professional. Everywhere I spoke his name I was told I would love him. Facing the C word you want this man taking care of you.

I have seen Dr Valle twice now for a melanoma on my wrist. He is a very caring doctor. He did a second biopsy today and he took every precaution to make sure I wasn't in pain.

Dr. Valle is a wonderful, kind and compassionate man and a professional, extremely competent doctor. I am grateful for all he has done for me in a trying time and beyond. If I had to be sick, I’m glad it was under his care.

as referred to DR. Valle after my skin cancer dr found that i had melanoma on my breast. He and his staff was amazing from the time i signed in. He did my surgery at Erlanger, and was beside me every step of the way. I still see him every 6 months. He spends time in my room answering every question i have and he listens to me and how i feel. He doesn't just rush you in and out. If i could give him a score of a 100 then that's what he would get from me

Best doctor ever!!! My mom was scared about possibly having cancer and went to see Dr. Valle. Thank God she didn't, but his knowledge, care, compassion, was like nothing I've ever seen before with a doctor. He even called me from his cell phone before my mom"s appt. I didn't answer and later checked my voicemail... when I realized it was him, I was so surprised! I've never had the actual doctor call before.. it's usually someone from a a doctor's office.
