I wish that I had read some of these reviews prior to taking my elderly parents to Dr.Cleinman. Our experience was almost identical to the two reviews above. My husband and I took my elderly parents to see Dr.Cleinman. We parked on the third floor of the parking garage and since one elevator was broken it took us 20 minutes to get an elevator. We arrived 15 minutes late and the first thing the receptionist said was “let me have your paperwork “ and that they were probably going to have to reschedule us. She was an older woman that was extremely rude to us. Surprisingly for a geriatric doctor the office is very small with narrow hallways and small exam rooms. Very difficult to maneuver wheelchairs. Dr. Cleinman changed my mom’s medicine that her Cardiologist prescribed for her heart failure. We later called the Cardiologist to get his opinion. He was quite stunned that Dr. Cleinman changed her medicine without consulting with him. After meeting with both my parents my mom still had a couple of questions but Dr. Cleinman said she needed to move on to other patients. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not take your loved ones here. Dr.Cleinman obviously does not care that her front office lady is extremely rude and uncaring because the reviews of bad treatment go back to 2019. We have canceled the follow up appointments for my parents. We will not be bringing them back.

My wife got me to go see Dr. Cleinman and was surprised at the organization and caring her team has. Even though she works for corporate she doesn’t let that get in her way. Hard to find a better practice for older folks.
