List of Ann H. Rybolt's Reviews
Dr Rybolt is very knowledgeable in her field of medicine and thoughtful in her doctor/patient relationships. She exemplifies what, as a patient, you would hope to find in the field of medicine.
My visits with Dr. Rybolt over the past several years have been very satisfying. She listens well and gave me excellent care. I highly recommend her. My wife, who is also Dr. Rybolt's patient, does, too. We'd still see her, but we're moving out of state.
Dr Rybolt is thorough, compassionate and is an excellent communicator in helping you to perform an active roll in living towards your best health. She is wise and kind. The office staff is friendly and there is an on-site lab in the office.
Dr. Rybolt is not a good doctor. She tries to push anti-depressants on you when you don’t have depression. She never gets a diagnosis correct and you have to end up going to a specialist or E.R. for help. She can be pushy and indifferent to medical issues, unwilling to explore any cause of medical issues, and makes up HER mind what she thinks the problem is even if medical evidence suggests otherwise. I do not recommend this doctor if you need or want medical care.
I have been seeing Dr. Rybolt for several years. She has done more to improve my health than any doctor I have used in the past. If she is not familiar with something she will find the answer and discuss it with you when you come in the next time. She has no problem referring you if you think you need a referral or if she feels like a specialist could help you. Her main concern is you and helping you to make your health the best it can be.
Dr Ann Rybolt is an exceptional geriatric Dr. she careful reviews medications, your current condition and comes up with solutions. She takes lots of time with her patients, listening and caring. I recommend her as the best Internist in Chattanooga.
Seems very thorough Had to see her after an accident. She seemed very concerned and pleased at my progress. She was willing to help me out with a situation that was needed. Seemed knowledgeable. She seems to be more proactive than reactive which some patients may not like.
After practicing for decades (according to her info), she was clueless as to how to do the medical clearance required by a surgeon. She probably couldn’t diagnose an infection if you had yellow mucous running out your nose. She talks, talks, talks, and changes medicines that ARE working. She will not stay on a problem to figure it out or refer you to a specialist because she thinks she knows it all. If you hope to be a well person, do NOT make her any part of your medical team.
She failed to determine what was wrong with me, so I had to find another doctor. A visit with her is like a wrestling match. She is determined to have her way about things that are not the problem. As a result, the real problems are not diagnosed and treated. She changed my meds, too, as another reviewer said somewhere, and my body did not like her 'doctoring.' I only hope now that I will live... not kidding.
Spent a lot of time talking and ZERO time listening. Seemed overwelmed, although other doc who's place she took was VERY organized. Misdiagnosed a common problem causing me to need to see another doc to be diagnosed correctly and treated. And my problem wasn't even the 2nd doc's specialty!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
