All 5 of our children have been going here for years. Dr. Shafi and his staff are professional with good bed side manner. They truly care about our children and listen to any concerns. Retrieving shot records, making short notice appointments, Referrals, and medicine refills have never been an issue...which is a relief from past experiences. The only complaint I have is extremely long wait times. I'm often there for at least 3 hours. But overall... awesome Doctor and a blessing to our family.

We love Dr. Shafi. He is great with my son. If there is an issue where he would recommend your child see a specialist the office is quick about getting you a referral. I didnt give 5 stars because we often have a long wait time but Im starting to think this just might be the norm for pediatricians.

BEST DOCTOR EVER Dr. Shafi has the same last name as me but somehow he is more funny. Makes going to the doctor fun.
