I have been a patient in this office (Donowitz) for 20+ years. Initially, the office was very responsive; however, in the last 3-4 years their efforts to respond to patients has drastically declined (will not answer the phone, will not respond to questions that have to be left as a voice mail, etc), which any patient has the right to expect. I have severed ties with this practice and my requests to have my records sent to another physician over a month ago has not been done. At one time I would have referred others to this office but not anymore.

One of the best diagnosticians in the area. Dr. Donowitz is thorough and extremely good with asking questions and listening to you . I highly recommend her

Donowitz staff is absolutely terrible. Secretary never answers her phone, and responds to VM with a 2 day delay. Unable to reach the office with regular questions regarding my visit. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Offices like this is why people hate going to the doctor in the first place.

Even with all the pressure of the 2020 COV 19 my 2020 physical was once again exceptional. Dr Donowitz and her staff is a 10 in my book

Dr. Donowitz is exellent but her staff is incompent! She is the only reason I am barely holding on. One would think she would know better!

Dr. Donowitz is a fine doctor. This review has nothing to do with her. Her practice, however, is awful in almost every way. Ease of getting appointmnt: Abysmal! Ease of speaking by phone to nurse & secretary: the worst! Nobody answers the phone -ever! Calls are returned sporadically (Lord help you if you don't answer YOUR phone right away). Ease of finding her office or knowing the best place to park: Awful! CHI is huge -lots of buildings. Good luck. Looking for new doctor as a result.

Dr. Donowitz is an awesome Doctor! I would recommend her to anyone. She is very caring and has a great 'bedside' manner. She explains everything to your satisfaction. She never seems like she's in a hurry to get done with you, and is very thorough.
