Arslan Kahloon's Online Review Report Card

My boyfriend went here with serious pain in the abdominal area. They have done several scans but can't figure out what is wrong with him. They prescribed him medication but never bothered to call it in. We had to call them to get it sent in. The medication isn't working and after paying around 6000.00 still no relief. I would not recommend this doctor at all.

After the endoscopy he did me, he just told me that I was ok and that he didn't find envying wrong in my stomach, just that, and he started leaving the recuperation room, so I had to stopped him to ask him about the next steps to find a solution to my issue and he just answered: Keep taking the medication I sent you 2 months ago, and he left. I am really frustrated and disappointed with this kind of doctors that are friendly but more interested in your money that in your health.

I love Dr. Kahloon. I have been seeing him for about 6 years now. He is polite & understanding. He doesn't get offended if you ask for a 2nd opinion & isn't a know it all. He explains things well & is very empathetic towards his patients. He also stays up to date on the latest research. His office staff is friendly & courteous. And he typically runs on time. Most appointments with him take less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Spoke with him for maybe a minute at the end of my visit. After procedures he didn’t explain anything that he had found and told me to cancel follow up visit. He has not explained anything that has been discovered in the MANY tests he demanded I have done before my procedure. Seems like he cares more about the money and less about what actually happens to me, or my health.

Personality wise, Dr Kahloon is great. He explains things in a technical sense very well but doesn’t go outside the “prepared speech” he comes in to present. If additional questions are asked, he tends to skirt around the issue and multiple visits seem to be required to get answers that should be answered with one to two visits.

Very pleased with Dr. Kahloon and his office staff. Last year when I went it was not a good experience at all, but I addressed my concerns with him and his staff members and they listened to me and assured me that they had made necessary changes in their office to ensure the best customer service and patient care possible. That is really all you can ask for from your Doctor, and I am very pleased that they seem to truly care and want to help in every way. As for Dr. Kahloon, he is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am grateful to have him as my GI doc.

Dr. Kahloon and Dr. Patel are very professional, helpful, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I am very grateful to have them guiding me through my treatment.

Dr Kalon on is the best, once you get in to see him, but trying to get a procedure scheduled is another matter. I had TO RESCHEDULE my colons copy but the office didn't let me reschedule at the tone told me to call back well I have called back 4 different times with no success. Today is my last attempt if they don't reschedule then I will find another dr. I have seen him before for other procedures and this is so unprofessional for his office.
