Whenever I went to see Dr. Ingram, she walked in the room, but she kept her hand on the doorknob. Most of the office staff has always been unhelpful. Some are professional and helpful. I no longer go to this medical practice.

While I absolutely love dr Ingram and dr Johnson, there answering staff is ALWAYS rude and unhelpful. I just called and was told by the front desk that they “didn’t want to make an appointment because she can’t see anyone till August anyways”

Waiting to be seen is very long compared to the short amount of time she spends with her patients. I should have known something was wrong when she was able to get me in the same week as a new patient. I do not recommend.

We absolutely love Dr Ingram! The Lord orchestrated for her to be our hospitist while in the hospital. She was a blessing to us. She made us a priority and took time with us, although we know she is extremely busy. She made sure we had pain control and discussed our plan of care daily. We were in excellent hands with her, and we are very thankful for her dedication to her patients and their families.

Doctor Ingram has been my doctor for over 20 years. I nicknamed her 'My Angel' because I was having breast issues and I went to several doctors for help, and was told on several occasions that the lump and pain that I was feeling was in my mind. I went to doctor Ingram, who felt the lump that I was feeling and she sent me to immediately to have an ultrasound. She then referred me to a surgeon for a biopsy. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in 3 days. I thank God for Dr. Ingram and that she took me serious and didn't just ignore my concerns like some other doctors did. Doctor Ingram genuinely cares and is concerned about her patients!

Premier Health (Dr. Ingram's office)merged with Community Health Centers, patients were not notified or given the option to change providers. Poor/no communication to patients regarding change. Patients are unable to make timely appointment even when ill; patients are told to go to Dodson Avenue, Southside Health Centers or ER? No "sick patient" appointments available. Many changes without concern for patient or notification to patient regarding what to expect.
