Accidentally found Dr. Cincere while seeking help with torn hamstrings. Injury required surgical reattachment . The results were successful. I have since gone to Dr.Cicere for torn rotator cuffs. What I appreciate most is his ability to communicate options with clarity. In addition he knows his limitations and will refer to another surgeon if necessary. I trust his advice..

I went to Cincere as a referral from another orthopedic surgeon since Cincere does scope surgery. He’s ok but kinda arrogant and blunt. His office staff, one woman in particular, are the rudest I have ever dealt with. I called the office to see if they got the referral from the other MD office. The woman I spoke with was so unbelievably rude, kept talking over me and ignoring me while I was trying to speak, and at one point, she started talking sarcastically slow to me and in a VERY condescending tone. I finally raised my voice and said, “ma’am you don’t need to talk to me like I’m stupid!” I was livid and nearly didn’t even go to this place for the appointment. Another woman I spoke with on the phone was also rude. Upon waking in the door for my first, and only, appointment, the front desk lady was also a bit rude. It’s almost like the whole vibe in this place in negative. I don’t know if they’re all unhappy working there or what but Cincere’s staff makes this office look very bad.

Wonderful orthopedic surgeon, he repaired a rotator cuff and did an awesome job, I am so happy with his work and highly recommend him. I have no regrets thank you Dr. Cincere for everything.

Dr. Cincere repaired both of my ruptured quad tendons. I was very pleased with the results. He listened to what I said and was available post surgery.
