After an hour in the communal waiting area and another 30 minutes waiting in the exam room, Dr. Negus burst in looking like he had not slept in days. His examination was perfunctory, and he yawned repeatedly during the exam. I believed that his judgement was impaired.

My husband was in the hospital with heart issues and Dr. Negus was the cardiologist that saw him. Dr. Negus was very patient, thorough with his explanations, gave us a sense of peace while we were there with his confidence, caring and intelligence.

After considerable research, I switched to Dr. Negus and am very happy with the choice. He is very current on information, research, and technique. Spends time and gives good explanations if you ask for it. My first meeting with hime was not great. He seemed distracted. After that, however, and a little push on my part, he was excellent!
