I had the saff at the front desk to make a copy of a form due to my private insurance I told her to have dr bell to fill the form out and sign it and fax the form to the company before July 15th close to the week of the 15th of July i had called dr bell's office and asked the saff that works at the front desk about the form she told me that the form is still in my chart that I had to fax another form in to dr bell's office now come on now she should had known common sense told her to get the copy from out of my chart this office is is very very uncaring I will be switching over to another cardiogist.

Dr. Bell's is an ok doctor but is staff is lacking. I have waited on lab results for a month. I called and the receptionist told me they were busy. It is sad when the staff is to busy to take care of the patients they have. I see a cardiologist for a reason.....it would be nice if they would at least act like they care about my well being since that is the business they are in. Guess that sums it up its a business.......

I had a very bad experiance. Dr Bell would not slow downlong enough to let me ask any questions, I never felt like they were treating me like a patient just an insurance form. I had to call the office, they never called me. the nurse wad curt and sharp. It sounded like she was inconvieniced because I called to see about my Cardio Cath. it was the afternoon before and i still didn't know which hospital or what time. I was never told anything. I am going to go to a different cardiologist
