List of Carlos Cruz's Reviews
Would have rated a 0 if an option. Dr Cruz is the most unprofessional, non-caring, incompetence Dr that I have ever seen. He cares nothing about the patient and has no interest in helping a person. It is unbelievable that a person with his lack of knowledge and uncaring attitude works in a emergency room.
Crowded and not clean
The place is very tight and dirty, there is no place to park. I took my daughter to this office last week, the front desk is very incompetent, they lost my appointment, when they finally found my daughter in the system I had been waiting for 45 minutes, Dr. Cruz was very arrogant and rushed us through the appointment. I do not recommend this place.
I have never seen a medical office as dirty as this one . The staff is rude and Dr. Cruz rushed my daughter and I and did not give me the confidence that he knows what he was doing.
The front desk is very unprofessional. The waiting time is over 45 minutes.
My son had a very bad cold and I called for an appointment, when I got to the office the front desk people did not have him on the schedule. They were very unwelcoming and made us wait over two hours. When my son was finally seen by Dr Cruz, he hardly examined him and in a very broken English told me that my son did not have anything. I went to children’s hospital the same day and he was found to have streptococcus infection. I will never go back to this office.
Dr. Cruz was my daughter's pediatrician when we lived back east. We really liked him. His office is pretty low-key but I appreciate the care and attention that my daughter received at every visit.
He is an amazing Doctor.. My kid loves him.. I just have to say the wait time to be seen is crazy.. I always have to plan to be there at least 2 hours ..
I would definitely not recommend anyone to go here. The main reason I took my kids there in the first place was that other family members went there, and I knew they took Medicaid, which my kids have. As some people know, you don't have a lot of choices of doctors who take Medicaid. Plus, my kids are pretty healthy, so we only had to go like once a year. The staff is mostly okay, but the office itself is run horribly. After 6 years I still have no idea what their hours are. Just today, I've called 3 times (9:14am, 9:31, 10:17) and not only haven't gotten an answer, but I've gotten different kinds of answering messages. Also, if you need something from the office, like records, be prepared to have to be on them about it, because they don't follow through and get you what you need or call you back when they say they will. On numerous occasions I've waited 1-2 hours for an appointment, only to have the doctor look at whatever the issue is for 5 seconds. Dr. Cruz is mostly okay, too, but he often makes you feel rushed, which has sometimes made me not feel very confident about a diagnosis.
This guy was terrible. Alongside of what the other reviews say, this Doctor is ridiculous to say the least.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
